CA. Mahesh M. Udadar
He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the firm. He is also a Managing Director of MTK Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. – a management consultancy company.
He heads the Consulting, Management and Direct Tax services of the firm and brings his experience of more than 12 years to the firm.
He is professionally a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. He has also completed a Certificate Course in Concurrent Audit of Banks of ICAI, New Delhi.
With a calm business head, he specializes in business advisory services and heads the strategy and business development front of the firm.
CA. Tenzing J. A.
He is the Co-Founder of the firm. He is also a Director of MTK Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. – a management consultancy company.
He heads the regulatory services, Indirect Tax and NGO management, he brings his experience of more than 14 years to the firm.
He is professionally a Chartered Accountant with a Master’s Degree in Commerce and Master’s Degree in Law. He is also a qualified DISA of ICAI and he is an Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI, New Delhi.
He heads training and knowledge enhancement in the firm and is a creative, passionate advocate of ethical living.
He is also an author, and has written book on Indian Constitution for the benefit of graduate students. Teaching and Training is his passion.

He is a Consultant to the Firm relating to company law and plays an important role in delivering comprehensive services to the clients.
Adv. Elsie D’Souza
She is an experienced Advocate with a Bachelors degree in Commerce and a Masters degree in Law. She has to her credit over 10 years of experience in the field of banking, drafting and conveyancing of deeds and documents for both Personal and Corporate clients.
She is a Consultant to the Firm and plays an important role in delivering comprehensive services to the clients.
